Assignment of Rights, Content Usage, and Indemnification
- Assignment of Rights: By publishing content (text, photos, videos), the advertiser warrants that they hold all necessary copyrights and permissions. The advertiser grants Flats45.com an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute all submitted images, videos, and descriptions. This right applies to all media formats currently known or developed in the future (including but not limited to websites, social media, and advertising campaigns). The advertiser waives any moral rights or claims to attribution regarding the commercial use of these materials.
- Indemnification: The advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flats45.com from and against any and all third-party claims (specifically from photographers, authors, or competitors) arising from the infringement of copyrights, usage rights, trademarks, or personal rights related to the published content. This indemnification includes all legal fees, court costs, and settlement amounts.
